Front Desk Officer at MacTay Consulting

Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and check their details against their bookings.
- Allocate guests to their rooms and provide keys.
- Provide concierge services such as booking theatre tickets, arranging travel, and providing information about local amenities and attractions.
- Check guests out, take payments, and return deposits.
- Answer phone calls from prospective customers and guests, take messages, and deliver them.
- Complete administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a National Diploma in any course of study.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Female candidates are preferable for gender balance.
- Must have clear communication skills and enjoy meeting people.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
