Front Desk Officer at Robeck Locks Limited

Robeck Locks, established in 2001 to meet the demand for stylish yet affordable locksets, prioritizes quality, functionality, and durability. We specialize in importing and distributing a diverse range of fashionable door locksets and accessories to trade and construction companies.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and provide assistance as needed.
  • Answer telephone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and process orders.
  • Monitor and update social media platforms, e-store, and online advertisements.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the office.
  • Manage petty cash.
  • Research and generate sales leads.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
  • Coordinate with the stockkeeper to ensure stock availability for customer orders.
  • Ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office to generate reports.
  • Generate invoices for customers.
Requirements:
  • OND qualification with 1-4 years of work experience.
  • The Front Desk Officer position is located in Amuwo Odofin.
Salary:

N60,000 – N70,000 monthly.
