Hadi Finance is currently seeking qualified individuals to join their team in the position of  Frontend Engineer in Abuja and Lagos.

What we’re looking for:

We are in search of a Senior Frontend Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in building fintech products. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in React Typescript and demonstrate a proven track record in managing large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the frontend development team, offering technical expertise and mentorship.
• Architect and design scalable, modular, and maintainable frontend solutions.
• Implement complex features and functionalities with a focus on performance and user experience.
• Optimize front-end applications for speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Diagnose and resolve bugs, addressing issues related to browser compatibility and responsiveness.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior developers to foster continuous learning within the team.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for frontend code, architectures, and processes.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.

Job Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Frontend Developer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Proficiency with React and NextJS.
• Knowledge of SEO principles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering/Development, or a related discipline.
• A robust portfolio showcasing relevant work and projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building fintech products.
• Expertise in React Typescript.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
