Key Responsibilities

• Process and oversee daily order pickups, deliveries, and fulfillment requests
• Coordinate directly with delivery partners
• Track delivery movements and troubleshoot delays or issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date fulfillment records
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve client issues promptly
• Ensure strict adherence to internal SOPs
• Prepare and share regular reports on fulfillment performance
• Support onboarding and coordination of delivery partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• 0–1 year of experience in logistics or fulfillment operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Computer savvy with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused mindset
