Job Description

The General Manager will lead and manage the operations of the conglomerate’s subsidiaries. The role involves driving growth, optimizing resources, and ensuring the smooth and profitable operation of each business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans for each subsidiary, aligning them with corporate objectives.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Enhance operational efficiency, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and adapt business strategies accordingly.
• Report directly to the executive board on the performance and strategic direction of subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Education: An MBA or equivalent preferred; a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is required.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in senior management, preferably in the transportation, real estate, or oil & gas sectors.
• Proven expertise in managing multi-industry businesses with strong financial acumen.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and operational management skills.
• Must have experience in at least two industries: transportation and real estate.
• Available to resume within 2 weeks to 1 month.
