FGO Definition
Field Growth Officers (FGOs) are responsible for merchant and agent acquisition, onboarding,
technical support, retention, and revenue growth tracking at the field level for our fintech company.
Core Responsibilities:
 Merchant acquisition & KYC
 Agent onboarding & engagement (especially Bankly agents)
 POS onboarding and training
 In-field technical support
 Weekly check-ins and performance reporting
 Use of OneCollect dashboard for data input and analysis
