ExxonMobil is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Graduate Intern to join our team in Bonny, Rivers. This internship is designed for individuals who have recently completed their NYSC and are eager to gain professional experience in a multinational environment.

Job Description:

As a Graduate Intern, you will be involved in catering quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Catering Operations Monitoring: Ensure zero safety-related issues by monitoring catering operations.
• Compliance Enforcement: Ensure compliance with HACCP Food Sanitation, Hygiene & Safety standards, and other contractual agreements.
• Tracker Updates: Maintain and update relevant catering trackers, including equipment snag lists, supplies, and menu items.
• Quality Inspection: Conduct quality inspections of food (dry, frozen, and fresh vegetables), water, and other supplies.
• Customer Feedback: Support customer feedback processes and trend analysis to improve services.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirement:
  • Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum of 2nd class upper division in any of the following fields:
    • Agriculture
    • Biochemistry
    • Biology
    • Chemistry
    • Health Sciences
    • Hotel Management
    • Food Science/Technology
• Recent Graduate:
  • Must have completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) within the past two years.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Food Safety Knowledge and Certifications:
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and relevant certifications is a plus.
• Catering Operations Background:
  • Experience in catering operations or hospitality services is preferred.
