Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities across Nigeria.
- Actively prospect, pitch, and close deals with potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the sales manager.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to spot growth opportunities.
- Assist in developing and executing trade marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and boost sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to create and implement strategies that drive sales and promote brand awareness.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Must be 25 years old or younger.
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Nigeria.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills, with confidence in closing deals effectively.
