Graduate Trainee at Baykins Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather comprehensive information about the company and participate actively in on-the-job training.
• Generate daily reports for the team lead and assist in team-related tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate files and records while upholding the company’s reputation.
• Attend company-wide meetings and training sessions.
• Perform general office duties as requested.

Requirements:

• A degree in any field.
• Strong research abilities and a desire for personal and professional growth.
• Positive attitude and growth mindset.
• Previous work experience is not mandatory but can be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
