Graphic Designer at Brit Properties Nigeria Ltd

Brit Property Nigeria Limited is a property development company based in Lekki, Nigeria, with expertise in land development, property marketing, and estate agency services. Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

• Create engaging designs for brochures, posters, banners, social media, and web assets
• Develop innovative visual concepts adhering to brand guidelines
• Design logos and other visual assets as required

Digital Media:

• Design graphics optimized for social media, websites, and email campaigns
• Ensure consistent visuals across all digital platforms
• Create infographics, animations, and multimedia content when needed

Collaborations & Communication:

• Work closely with marketing teams, copywriters, and other departments to align design with project goals
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions
• Effectively communicate design concepts and updates to stakeholders

Brand Consistency:

• Ensure all designs follow the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines
• Maintain brand consistency across external and internal communications

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Prioritize workload and track progress using project management tools

Market Research & Trends:

• Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools
• Research industry trends and competitors to develop innovative designs
• Make recommendations for design improvements

Feedback & Revisions:

• Accept feedback and make revisions as required
• Provide multiple design iterations to ensure client satisfaction

Print & Production:

• Liaise with printers and third-party vendors to ensure print quality standards are met
• Prepare layouts for print, ensuring specifications are correct (bleeds, color, resolution, etc.)

Other Duties:

• Achieve at least one direct sale per quarter
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or in-house design team
