Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our real estate team. You will be responsible for creating visual concepts, developing designs, and producing high-quality graphic content for various projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging designs for property listings, marketing materials, and digital campaigns
• Design and maintain brand assets including logos, presentations, signage, and brochures
• Develop social media graphics, website visuals, and email templates aligned with our brand
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials for property launches and events
• Edit and retouch photos of properties for marketing purposes
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, consistent, and on-brand
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices
• Contribute creative ideas and feedback to enhance design output

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or a similar industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an added advantage
• High attention to detail and design accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
