Growth Executive at Ethnos Cyber Limited – Graduate Trainee
We are seeking talented graduates to join our dynamic team as Growth Executive Trainees. This role offers hands-on experience in business development, marketing, and sales while being part of a structured training program. The trainee will contribute to driving the company’s growth, focusing on customer acquisition, market analysis, partnership building, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
- Assist in gathering data to generate insights for growth strategies, including target audiences and emerging markets.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to acquire new customers.
- Build and enhance customer relationships through various communication channels (phone, email, social media).
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads, track prospects, and qualify sales opportunities.
- Implement promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and product visibility.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to align growth objectives.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems for tracking sales, customer activities, and lead conversions.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance professional growth and industry knowledge.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Recent graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and the ability to interpret reports is beneficial.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
