Job Summary

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a motivated and service-oriented Guest Relations Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences, managing enquiries, and ensuring a warm and welcoming environment that reflects the Radisson standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the smooth operation of the guest relations department
  • Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly
  • Ensure that all interactions with guests reflect the brand’s commitment to excellence
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Contribute to the achievement of departmental objectives and hotel initiatives
  • Manage inventory and departmental costs under the supervision of senior staff
  • Promote and maintain company culture and values in all interactions
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and legal standards, including documentation and audit requirements
Requirements
  • BSc / HND in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in guest relations or a customer-facing role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with hotel IT systems and platforms
  • Hands-on, proactive, and positive work attitude
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Ability to thrive in a high-demand, excellence-driven environment
