Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hausa Speaking Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at our Lagos facility.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising security personnel, ensuring the safety of our premises, managing security systems, and coordinating with other departments to maintain a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise security personnel and ensure adherence to security protocols.
• Monitor security systems and implement safety measures.
• Maintain communication with security teams and other departments.
• Handle customer service inquiries related to security concerns.
• Manage operational logistics to enhance security efficiency.
• Conduct regular security checks and risk assessments.
• Address conflicts and security incidents promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Education: OND, HND, or BSc in a relevant field.
• Certification: Security certification or Armed Forces service experience is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in a security supervisory role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Physical & Mental Fitness: Must be physically and mentally strong.
• Languages: Fluent in Hausa and proficient in English (reading and writing required).
• Age: 40 – 50 years old.
• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Lagos State, Nigeria.
