Job Summary

The HSE Intern position is an entry-level role designed to provide practical exposure to health, safety, and environmental management in telecommunication operations.

The interns will support the HSE team in implementing company safety standards, carrying out inspections, reporting unsafe conditions, and assisting with incident investigations, toolbox talks, and other safety programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Monitor and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by workers.
• Support in conducting toolbox talks and safety inductions for site personnel.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigation, and documentation.
• Maintain HSE records, registers, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Support environmental management activities such as waste segregation and spill prevention.
• Help promote a positive safety culture across all project sites.

Qualification and Experience

• OND, HND, or B.Sc in a related discipline.
• No extensive prior experience required; willingness to learn and adapt is key.
• 0–1 year relevant experience (industrial training or internship experience is an added advantage).
