As a Healthcare Recruiter at Medcruit, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and placing highly skilled candidates in HealthTech roles across the globe. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while earning generous commissions based on successful placements.

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified candidates for various HealthTech positions through various channels.
• Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong network of HealthTech professionals and industry contacts.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide relevant profiles.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to effectively match candidates with cutting-edge HealthTech companies.
• Upload qualified candidates to our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or HealthTech industry.
• Strong understanding of HealthTech roles and the skills required for success in this field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
