About the Program

The Global Graduate Program is a three-year development path that includes:

  • Rotation 1: Gain foundational knowledge in your chosen function at Heineken Nigeria.
  • Rotation 2: Take on a cross-functional assignment within Nigeria for a broader perspective.
  • Rotation 3: Embark on an international assignment, enhancing your global mindset and adaptability.
  • Landing Role: Step into a management position in Nigeria, applying all you’ve learned.

Criteria & Conditions
  • Minimum of five (5) O’Level Credits, including Mathematics & English.
  • Minimum of Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Social Sciences (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Completed NYSC (National Youth Service Corps).
  • Maximum of 1-year post-graduation experience.
  • Fluent in English (additional local language proficiency is a plus).
  • Must have the right to work in Nigeria.
  • Global mobility is required.
