About the Program

The Global Graduate Program is a three-year rotational development journey, designed to provide deep expertise and international exposure in key business functions.

• Rotation 1: Gain foundational knowledge within your function at Heineken Nigeria.
• Rotation 2: Take on a cross-functional assignment within Nigeria, broadening your business perspective.
• Rotation 3: Embark on an international assignment, developing a global mindset and cultural adaptability.
• Landing Role: Transition into a management position in Nigeria, applying the knowledge and skills gained.

The Digital & Technology (D&T) team at Heineken is responsible for driving digital transformation, ensuring best-in-class technology, and promoting a data-driven culture. Key areas include:

• Data Ownership & Infrastructure Management

Criteria & Conditions

• Minimum of five (5) O’Level Credits, including Mathematics & English.
• Minimum of Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Completed NYSC (National Youth Service Corps).
• Maximum of 1-year post-graduation experience.
• Fluent in English (local language proficiency is a plus).
• Must have the right to work in Nigeria.
• Global mobility is required.
