About the Program
The Global Graduate Program is a three-year rotational development journey, designed to provide deep expertise and international exposure in key business functions.
- Rotation 1: Gain foundational knowledge within your function at Heineken Nigeria.
- Rotation 2: Take on a cross-functional assignment within Nigeria, broadening your business perspective.
- Rotation 3: Embark on an international assignment, developing a global mindset and cultural adaptability.
- Landing Role: Transition into a management position in Nigeria, applying the knowledge and skills gained.

About Finance
The Finance team at Heineken plays a critical role in business strategy, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and maximize shareholder value. Responsibilities include:
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Asset & Risk Management
- Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Business Strategy Alignment
By safeguarding Heineken’s financial health, the Finance team drives profitability and growth, ensuring long-term sustainability.
Who We’re Searching For
We’re looking for individuals who are:

Criteria & Conditions
- Minimum of five (5) O’Level Credits, including Mathematics & English.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Completed NYSC (National Youth Service Corps).
- Maximum of 1-year post-graduation experience.
- Fluent in English (local language proficiency is a plus).
- Must have the right to work in Nigeria.
- Global mobility is required.
