We are thrilled to introduce our Global Graduate Program, a fast-track career path designed to develop future leaders at one of the world’s most renowned brands.

About the Program

The Global Graduate Program is a three-year structured journey, consisting of three rotations (each lasting six months), followed by an 18-month functional role within your home operating company in Nigeria.

• Rotation 1: Gain a strong foundation in Supply Chain at Heineken Nigeria, learning about our operations, strategy, and culture.
• Rotation 2: Engage in a cross-functional assignment in Nigeria to broaden your understanding of business operations.
• Rotation 3: Experience an international assignment, developing a global mindset and cultural adaptability.
• Landing Role: Transition into a management position in Nigeria, applying the knowledge and skills gained.

Criteria & Conditions

• Minimum of five (5) O’Level Credits, including Mathematics & English.
• Minimum of Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering. (A Master’s degree is a plus.)
• Completed NYSC (National Youth Service Corps).
• No specific previous work experience required (maximum of 1-year post-graduation).
• Fluent in English (local language proficiency is a plus).
• Must have the right to work in Nigeria.
• Global mobility is required.
