We are thrilled to introduce our Global Graduate Program, a fast-track career path designed to develop future leaders at one of the world’s most renowned brands.
About the Program
The Global Graduate Program is a three-year structured journey, consisting of three rotations (each lasting six months), followed by an 18-month functional role within your home operating company in Nigeria.
- Rotation 1: Gain a strong foundation in Supply Chain at Heineken Nigeria, learning about our operations, strategy, and culture.
- Rotation 2: Engage in a cross-functional assignment in Nigeria to broaden your understanding of business operations.
- Rotation 3: Experience an international assignment, developing a global mindset and cultural adaptability.
- Landing Role: Transition into a management position in Nigeria, applying the knowledge and skills gained.

What You Will Learn

Criteria & Conditions
- Minimum of five (5) O’Level Credits, including Mathematics & English.
- Minimum of Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering. (A Master’s degree is a plus.)
- Completed NYSC (National Youth Service Corps).
- No specific previous work experience required (maximum of 1-year post-graduation).
- Fluent in English (local language proficiency is a plus).
- Must have the right to work in Nigeria.
- Global mobility is required.
