HR / Admin Officer at Amaiden Energy
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited (formerly Moody International Nigeria Limited) was established in 1996 as a partnership between Moody International Group and Nigerian investors. Since commencing operations in March 1997, the company continues to grow and exerts its presence in numerous projects in the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry. Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited services portfolio includes; Outsourcing and Manpower Services, Stevedoring Services, Technical Inspection Services(TIS), Quality Assurance and Control (QA/QC), Expediting and Status Reporting, Consultancy, Training and Procurement Services, Construction and Project Management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence relative to work.
- Assist in recruitment and selection and onboarding.
- Assist in collating and analysing employee performance appraisals.
- Assist with staff development and training needs, draw up training budget and ensure that training is obtained.
- Provide Administrative support to departments and the organization at large.
- Assist in general office management, maintain the condition of the office, and arrange for necessary repairs.
- Assist in organising the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment.
- Procure materials and manage budget for office supplies such as stationery with proper stock keeping.
- Maintain an inventory and oversee the operations of office and assets register.
- Arrange general catering for the office.
- Oversee the cleaning of the office environment and periodic maintenance of office equipment.
- Management of HMO for external staff
- Management of the CUG lines and registering of all official lines on behalf of the company
- Coordinate and oversee events (Team bonding, Party & gift distribution, Staff monthly beverages etc)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- First degree
- 1-2 years experience in Human Resources.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient use of Microsoft packages
- Possession of relevant professional qualification/certification will be an added advantage.
