HR & Admin Officer at Karios Markets
Karios Markets is seeking a Human Resource Officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and overall HR functions. This role involves working closely with the management team to align HR initiatives with departmental and organizational goals, ensuring effective workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department heads to select qualified candidates. Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems. Track employee KPIs, facilitate performance reviews, and help set short-term and long-term goals in collaboration with department management.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Communicate and maintain company policies to promote a healthy work environment.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and assist in organizing relevant programs. Work with department heads to ensure continuous professional development.
- Time and Attendance Management: Monitor and manage employee attendance, leaves, and work hours, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with company policies.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, including personal data, job history, and performance evaluations. Assist with payroll processing, benefits, and other compensation matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR roles with a solid understanding of HR functions.
- Familiarity with HR software, such as ATS, SAP, and HRIS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- HR certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
