Job Overview
Smash Technology is seeking a motivated and organized HR Assistant to join its Human Resources team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support across all HR functions, ensuring processes run efficiently and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, job history, performance reviews, and benefits information.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Support payroll processing and timesheet management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and engagement events.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Assist in organizing employee wellness initiatives and activities.
- Oversee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary documentation.
- Support HR reporting on metrics like turnover rates and attendance records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role or similar administrative position.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Salary
₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly
