Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Sales Team Lead to drive business growth and lead a sales team in achieving targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR consulting sales and a proven ability to inspire teams, develop sales strategies, and deliver customized HR solutions.
Responsibilities
Sales Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share, attract new clients, and retain existing ones.
- Set individual/team goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
Client Relationship Management
- Build relationships with key decision-makers like HR managers and executives.
- Customize HR consulting solutions to address client goals.
- Lead meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure deals.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation.
- Track sales activities and report on performance metrics.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Research trends, competitor services, and client needs to identify market gaps.
- Work with teams to develop tailored solutions for emerging demands.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Collaborate with delivery teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns and materials.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Present sales performance reports to senior leadership.
- Analyze data to identify trends and improve strategies.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) are an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years in HR sales, including 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in selling HR consulting services.
Skills
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
₦200,000 – ₦270,000 monthly
