Human Resource Intern at Esporta Hotels Limited
Esporta Hotels is a Nigerian-owned company committed to providing excellent services in the hospitality industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Update company databases by inputting new employee records.
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify prospective employees.
- Schedule interviews with potential candidates.
- Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
- Assist HR staff in filling employment forms and gathering market salary information.
- Assist in organizing company events.
- Send job offers and rejection letters to candidates.
- Coordinate recruitment processes.
- Respond to HR team, employee benefits, and other Human Resources-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Management, or any related discipline.
- Minimum of one-year experience working in an office environment.
- Basic understanding of labor laws.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
