Viju Industries is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a deep understanding of Nigerian Labour Law. This role involves managing key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven experience in Human Resource Management.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Nigeria Labour Law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Preferred: Candidates residing in Ogun State.
