Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Manager (HRM) in designing and implementing workforce strategies and policies to balance organizational and personal goals.
- Prepare the department’s annual budget and monitor its implementation.
- Assess and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes for alignment with best practices and technological advancements.
- Assist in preparing manpower forecasts aligned with business strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of HR initiatives and promote HR goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates internally and externally.
- Guide and manage HR team members by setting performance expectations and fostering growth.
- Develop and maintain HR reports and metrics to track progress and areas for improvement.
- Continuously improve HR operations for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on labour market recruitment practices and advise management accordingly.
- Review and update the organization’s structure, job descriptions, and staffing levels as needed.
Technical & Professional Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Human Resource Officer.
- In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods and full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and talent management cycles.
- Payroll administration expertise.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong human relations, decision-making, and relationship management capabilities.
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
