Job Description

We are seeking an HR Executive to support our strategic objectives by managing HR operations, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager in implementing operational and employee relations tasks aligned with HR policies (e.g., Recruitment, Exit Management, Discipline, Engagement, Welfare, Performance).
• Assist in creating a strong performance culture by implementing consistent performance plans.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee analytics/data in HRIS, including turnover, absence, payments, demographic data, and reward consequences.
• Act as secretariat for plant disciplinary procedures, including hearings and consequence management.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager and Learning/Training Officer on issues related to training, safety, security, unions, and employee relations.
• Enhance employee engagement through activities such as onboarding, town hall meetings, HR clinics, milestone celebrations, and end-of-year events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Humanities, or a Business-related field.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office.
• Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar business.
• Professional HR certifications are desirable.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
