Job Summary
The Human Resources Manager will oversee the HR department and act as a bridge between management and employees. This role involves leading HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and organizational growth.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
- Coordinate the performance appraisal process, guiding goal setting and feedback delivery.
- Oversee leave management, tracking employee leave balances and ensuring policy compliance.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Handle the offboarding process, including exit interviews and final settlements.
- Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
- Oversee disciplinary actions and grievance procedures, ensuring fairness and legal compliance.
Qualifications and Professional Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SPHRI, etc.) is a major plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, policy formulation, and HR best practices.

₦300,000 Monthly
