Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee both in-house recruitment and client staffing operations. This role requires a strategic thinker, a certified HR professional, and a tech-savvy individual capable of modernizing our HR processes with IT-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage staffing operations for multiple clients, ensuring seamless recruitment, onboarding, and workforce management.
- Set up and manage an HR management system or software to streamline operations; manual processes are not acceptable.
- Oversee workforce planning, training, and employee performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and best HR practices.
- Provide strategic HR support to company leadership and client organizations.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) are mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, with expertise in recruitment and workforce management.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HR technology and software solutions.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Salary
₦350,000 per month.
