We are currently seeking candidates to fill the role of Human Resources (HR) Officer based in Lagos on a full-time basis.

Job Description:

As an HR Officer, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Developing programs aimed at enhancing employee relations.
• Providing reports comparing compensation and benefits.
• Ensuring employee satisfaction and organization within the work environment.
• Supporting in orienting new hires and providing training for existing staff.
• Updating and maintaining employee files and records.
• Conducting background checks for new hires.
• Assisting in payroll preparation and benefits administration.
• Managing staff attendance records and generating reports.
• Promoting equality, health, and safety practices within the company.
• Ensuring company employment policies comply with national laws and regulations.
• Advising executives on matters related to salaries, redundancy, and employment law.
• Recording and handling confidential information securely.
• Maintaining accurate and proper record-keeping of employee data in both electronic and digital formats.
• Performing any other duties as assigned by supervisors or the organization.

Requirements:

Applicants should have:

• HND/B.Sc degrees with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
