The IHS Skills Acquisition Programme (ISAP) is a transformative journey designed to equip participants with practical skills, confidence, and the expertise needed to tackle real-world business challenges.

Through this 18-month programme, participants will:

  • Build a foundation for a thriving and impactful career.
Eligibility Requirements

Ideal candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree with a First-Class or Second-Class Upper grade level.
  • Possession of a Master’s Degree (M.Sc or MBA) is an added advantage.
  • Have 0-3 years of work experience.
  • Possess a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) completion or exemption certificate before April 2025.
