Job Overview
Mantrac is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative – Multibrand to manage and strengthen relationships with designated customers. The role involves selling parts and service offerings over the phone, addressing customer needs, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals while maximizing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to promote multi-brand parts and services and respond to technical and commercial inquiries
- Provide information about new product offerings by phone
- Assist in preparing quotations and terms of payment for supervisor or manager’s review
- Present technical publications to explain benefits of multi-brand products compared to OEM/OE alternatives
- Follow up on opportunities and quotations to drive conversions
- Assist in resolving customer complaints effectively
- Report lost sales of parts and services, ensuring proper documentation in Salesforce
- Monitor customer accounts to prevent overdue debts
- Maintain and update customer profiles and equipment population in Salesforce
- Identify and report potential prime product sales leads
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by sales management
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or technical roles in a similar industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is an advantage
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
