Role Summary
We are hiring a detail-oriented and data-driven Inventory & Logistics Analyst to oversee stock planning, logistics coordination, and quality assurance documentation. This hybrid role focuses on delivering actionable insights from inventory and operational data while supporting compliance and QA tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting (40%)
- Analyze inventory trends, forecasting accuracy, and sales velocity
- Report on KPIs including stockouts, inventory aging, and fulfillment rates
- Reconcile inventory across systems (Amazon, Shopify, internal databases)
- Deliver insights that drive operational improvements
Inventory Management (25%)
- Track inventory across warehouses, Amazon FBA, and 3PL partners
- Maintain SKU records, reorder thresholds, and forecasting data
- Coordinate with procurement to meet demand plans
- Assist with cycle counts and resolve stock discrepancies
Logistics Coordination (15%)
- Manage inbound/outbound shipments with vendors and logistics partners
- Track shipping progress and resolve delays
- Support packing, labeling, and shipping documentation processes
Quality Assurance (QA) Support (20%)
- Maintain QA records (inspections, complaints, batch data)
- Assist with regulatory compliance tracking (21 CFR Part 111, GMP)
- Support CAPA documentation and root cause data gathering
- Help prepare SOPs, COAs, and audit materials
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Logistics, or related field
- 2–3 years in inventory, logistics, QA, or analytics roles
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
- Experience working with 3PLs and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify)
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and effective communicator
- Familiarity with quality documentation and compliance practices
