Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to develop key account customers, ensuring sales volume and market share targets are consistently met.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Recommend appropriate brands and packs tailored to specific outlets.
- Ensure the pervasive presence of all products in key accounts.
- Proactively address the unique needs of key accounts with regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain personal relationships with key accounts to handle issues proactively.
- Develop and execute three-month rolling promotional plans and ad-hoc initiatives.
- Execute national promotions in alignment with business goals.
- Ensure all coolers in key account outlets are in immaculate condition and sufficient supply.
- Implement annual business plans according to timelines, standards, and costs.
- Identify and address volume opportunities appropriately.
- Develop new key accounts and ensure sustainable customer satisfaction.
- Provide weekly stock updates and review orders for key accounts.
- Facilitate regular meetings with store managers and merchandisers to ensure standards and compliance.
- Train merchandisers on current merchandising standards and maintain business image through appearance and conduct.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years in sales and marketing within the FMCG industry.
