Programme Overview:

KPMG Nigeria invites recent university graduates to join our 2025 Graduate Trainee Programme. This programme offers the opportunity to build a meaningful career with us, gain invaluable learning experiences, and make an impact in a dynamic environment. As a Graduate Trainee, you’ll work within our Strategy & Customer Solutions team, engaging in projects that involve enterprise-wide strategy, digital transformation, customer experience design, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in enterprise-wide strategy, growth strategy, and business plan modelling.
• Engage in digital strategy, customer experience design, and operational excellence projects.
• Contribute to projects that help clients navigate digital disruption and evolving business landscapes.
• Develop insights and deliver solutions that drive client success and organizational growth.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognised university. Master’s Degree holders are strongly encouraged to apply.
• O’ Level: At least 5 O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
• Age: Below 28 years old at the time of application.
• NYSC: Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC cognate work experience.
• Skills:
  • Excellent research and writing skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, and other relevant applications.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Other: Must not have taken the KPMG aptitude test within the last 12 months.
