About the Programme

Lafarge Africa Plc invites applications from suitably qualified Ordinary National Diploma (OND) holders for its eighteen-month vocational training program. This program offers multi-skilled training in the following technical disciplines:

• Maintenance Processes: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation, Welding and Fabrication Technology
• Cement Manufacturing Processes: Production, Process, and Quality

The training is non-residential and provides a comprehensive technical education, including tuition-free lectures and rigorous hands-on sessions. Successful candidates will receive a token allowance to cover out-of-pocket expenses and will be awarded the Lafarge Internal Certificate upon completion of the program.

Requirements:

• Completion of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a recognized institution, awarded no earlier than 2021.
• Minimum of 5 O’level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and one other subject (in a maximum of 2 sittings).
