Job Overview:
The Legal Trainee will support the legal team by managing documents efficiently, ensuring proper archiving, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of team operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the legal team’s document archiving process.
- Systematically categorize and file documents for easy access.
- Maintain an organized filing system (both physical and digital).
- Ensure that archived documents are securely stored and easily retrievable.
- Properly label and index all documents for quick retrieval.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
