Job Description:

We are seeking professionals who will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain throughout the organization. The ideal candidates must be capable of organizing, storing, and monitoring the distribution of goods to ensure they reach their intended destination.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse inventory and maintain accurate records of the inventory.
• Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts with them.
• Monitor and manage budgets related to logistics operations.
• Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce to ensure smooth operations.
• Direct, optimize, and coordinate the entire order cycle.
• Arrange warehouse layout, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments.
• Stay updated on shipping carriers, routes, rates, and any changes affecting them.
• Respond to and resolve complaints and problems related to logistics operations.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven working experience as a logistics manager.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• OND or ND Certificate in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated track record of successful distribution and logistics management.
• Ability to lead and manage staff effectively.

Salary: ₦120,000 per month.
