Job Overview

We are on an evolutionary journey, changing our story as we grow. We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the movement of assets and materials across various project sites, ensuring efficient logistics planning, safety compliance, and coordination among departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely release to carriers, forwarders, and customers
  • Prepare and manage logistics budgets, including contingency plans
  • Conduct technical survey missions and pre-deployment site visits
  • Plan and manage special logistics operations effectively
  • Oversee material and diesel usage with proper documentation and receipt tracking
  • Guide, coach, and supervise team members
  • Attend and coordinate toolbox talks and HSE meetings
  • Execute logistics plans and ensure compliance with operational timelines
  • Manage logistics operations, including material and personnel coordination
  • Interface with procurement, finance, project management teams (PMTs), and other departments
  • Maintain reports on logistics operations, including personnel and material movement
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics, inventory, or supply chain management in the oil & gas sector
  • Proficiency in logistics operations and safety procedures
  • Strong stock-taking and inventory management skills
  • Good vendor and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High personal initiative and problem-solving ability
  • Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
