Management Trainee at Orange Group

Responsibilities:
  • Understudy and understand each department’s (e.g., Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals.
  • Participate in the company’s strategic planning.
  • Complete all assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.
  • Fulfill any requirements and meet goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
  • Follow all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
  • Prepare documents and update records.
  • Learn about conflict resolution and sit in on disciplinary hearings.
  • Travel to different offices and participate in daily operations as required.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
  • Observe and learn from experienced staff members.
  • Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
  • Take detailed notes and liaise with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in management or a similar/relevant field (e.g., Sales, Customer Services, etc.).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • A degree in Management or Business is an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Excellent math and computational ability.
