Management Trainee at Orange Group
Orange Group is an innovative fast-moving consumer goods company based in Nigeria with a presence across West Africa, operating in three key segments: Pharmaceuticals, Personal Care, and Food and Beverage. Responsibilities:
- Understudy and understand each department’s (e.g., Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals.
- Participate in the company’s strategic planning.
- Complete all assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations.
- Fulfill any requirements and meet goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
- Follow all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
- Prepare documents and update records.
- Learn about conflict resolution and sit in on disciplinary hearings.
- Travel to different offices and participate in daily operations as required.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
- Observe and learn from experienced staff members.
- Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Take detailed notes and liaise with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in management or a similar/relevant field (e.g., Sales, Customer Services, etc.).
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
- Effective communication skills.
- A degree in Management or Business is an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
- Excellent math and computational ability.
