Job Description

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, and managing staff performance to maintain excellence in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at all levels and set clear objectives.
• Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement an effective marketing strategy to promote the business.
• Engage with customers, address complaints, and provide solutions.
• Manage maintenance issues, staff shortages, and renovations.
• Collaborate with suppliers, travel agencies, and event planners.
• Inspect facilities regularly and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum of BSc / HND in Hospitality Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in a similar managerial role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for the hospitality industry.

Special Requirement

Candidates must send a photograph standing beside a vehicle or next to a door for height reference.

Salary

₦800,000 – ₦1,000,000 per month
