Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services. This role demands a strong grasp of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Develop and improve existing marketing strategies to maximize company profit
- Conduct market research to assess trends, brand awareness, and competitive activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
Event Management and Activation
- Support and coordinate marketing events and activation campaigns
- Oversee promotional events, exhibitions, and communication efforts to boost visibility
Advertising and Media
- Monitor TV, radio, social media, and other advertisements to ensure consistent branding
- Supervise the creation of content across all marketing platforms
Marketing Assets and Materials
- Ensure availability and maintenance of marketing materials such as gift items, display stands, branded wear, and POS items
Vendor Relationship Management
- Conduct competitive market analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Maintain effective relationships with vendors and industry professionals
Data Management and Advertising Initiatives
- Manage data and advertising efforts to improve campaign performance
- Analyze user engagement and marketing effectiveness
Record Keeping and Financial Management
- Maintain accurate records of marketing expenditures
- Ensure timely reconciliation and payment of marketing bills
Content Creation and Publication
- Supervise creation and distribution of marketing content
- Ensure consistent tone and messaging across all media
Requirements
- BSc / BA / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role
Skills
- Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and statistical tools
- Excellent knowledge of marketing principles and strategy
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics tools (e.g., WebTrends)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
