Systemdigits LLC is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. This full-time position, based in Lagos but remote-friendly, offers an opportunity to play a crucial role in elevating the company’s brand and maximizing their online presence through targeted advertising campaigns and strategic marketing initiatives.

Job Summary:

As the Marketing Manager at Systemdigits Ltd., you will lead our marketing department, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote our brand and services. Your role will involve enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to optimize campaigns and measure their success against our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department, including marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
• Identify industry trends and technologies.
• Evaluate important metrics affecting website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Collaborate with your team to brainstorm new growth strategies.
• Manage contests, giveaways, and digital projects.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms, including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and potentially others.
• Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign performance.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with expertise in creating and managing Facebook ads, Google ads, LinkedIn ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Proficiency in using email marketing software and maintaining customer engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.
• Metrics-driven mindset with creativity.
• Ability to reach and surpass marketing goals.
• Remote work capability and effective team management in a virtual environment.
• Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
