Position Summary

Are you a creative storyteller with a flair for visual design and animation? We’re looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer to enhance our brand’s presence across digital and print platforms. Join our innovative team and help build a striking visual identity for our fast-expanding microfinance division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design engaging graphics for online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Create professional motion graphics and animations for social media and promotional use.
  • Develop brand-aligned visual assets that reinforce our corporate identity.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to bring concepts to life visually.
  • Design materials for internal and external communications such as newsletters, infographics, and brochures.
Qualifications
  • OND, HND, or B.Sc in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in graphic design, including a strong motion graphics portfolio.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
  • Experience creating engaging social media visuals.
  • Understanding of design principles including layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Background in fintech or financial services is an advantage, but not required.
