MTN Nigeria is recruiting ambitious graduates with a passion for growth to join the 2025 Global Graduate Development Programme. This program is tailored to fast-track top talents into key roles at MTN, offering a unique experience combining formal development through the MTN Academy and on-the-job placement in strategic roles.

What the Programme Offers:

• Formal Learning: Participation in modules across MTN’s regional learning centres, located in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa, with immersive learning experiences.
• On-the-Job Training: Local placement with job rotations, executive interactions, mentoring, and coaching, aimed at practical skill acquisition and leadership development.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or HND Upper Credit, graduated no earlier than 2022.
• Completed NYSC by September 2024 with a valid certificate.
• Proficiency in English and possession of a valid international passport.
