About this Programme

The Y’ello Mums Initiative is a 1-year internship programme designed for career-oriented mothers transitioning back into the workforce. It aims to support women who have taken career breaks to care for family, whether for a newborn or a child with health challenges.

This initiative fosters long-term professional growth, empowering women to re-enter the workforce and seamlessly pick up their careers where they left off.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this programme, applicants must:

• Have 2-5 years of professional experience prior to their career break.
• Possess a relevant professional certification or demonstrate evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
