Learning Objectives

The Nursing Internship Program aims to enable Nurse Interns to:

• Consolidate and apply theoretical knowledge from undergraduate training to patient care
• Develop clinical, technical, personal, and professional skills essential to nursing practice
• Take increasing responsibility for patient care as skills and experience grow
• Practice within the ethical and legal frameworks taught in nursing school
• Explore career goals and expectations in a professional setting
• Provide nursing care under supervision, guided by preceptors and unit members
• Seek guidance and feedback from experienced healthcare professionals

Requirements

• BNSC/RN, RM, RPHN, or equivalent
• Induction Certificate
• Nurse Intern License
