Job Summary

We are looking for a highly intelligent, innovative, and business-oriented Operations Support Executive to support our healthcare aviation team. This role is essential for managing emergency responses, coordinating service delivery, building partnerships, and driving digital engagement. The ideal candidate will help ensure operational excellence and support our mission to deliver critical medical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency lines, sales inquiries, and service requests via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to offer accurate assistance to clients.
• Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of services to both individual and corporate clients.
• Manage daily operations, including RFQs, proposals, and emergency/non-emergency requests across various communication channels.
• Oversee vendor and partner relationships to maintain reliable service delivery, working with the Operations Manager to manage the aircraft provider network.
• Develop and sustain relationships with hospitals and service providers locally and internationally through partnership agreements.
• Execute digital marketing initiatives (newsletters, bulk SMS, email campaigns) to promote services and engage clients.
• Manage telemedicine support, data integrity, and regulatory compliance related to patient information and inventory management.
• Monitor tender platforms to identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company goals.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in operations, healthcare, emergency response, aviation, or customer service roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and basic digital marketing; familiarity with telemedicine or emergency protocols is an advantage.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Organization: Excellent multitasking abilities to handle diverse tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Problem Solving: Quick-thinking with innovative approaches to handle emergencies and client needs.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and medical facilities.
• Business Orientation: Strategic mindset focused on supporting team and company goals.
