Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Ikeja GRA, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes
- Optimize operational workflows to improve productivity and reduce operational costs
- Allocate resources effectively including personnel, budgets, and equipment
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and performance metrics
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to senior management
- Ensure product/service quality and implement continuous quality control procedures
- Maintain full compliance with regulatory, health, and safety standards
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support unified company goals
- Coordinate project implementation for new tools, systems, and process improvements
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts for operations
- Foster team productivity through training, mentorship, and leadership
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including logistics and supply chain oversight
- Provide regular operational reports and updates to senior leadership
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a senior operations or general management role
- Strong understanding of business processes, logistics, financial planning, and compliance
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Familiarity with KPIs and operational performance metrics
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively
