Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Ikeja GRA, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business processes
• Optimize operational workflows to improve productivity and reduce operational costs
• Allocate resources effectively including personnel, budgets, and equipment
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and performance metrics
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to senior management
• Ensure product/service quality and implement continuous quality control procedures
• Maintain full compliance with regulatory, health, and safety standards
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support unified company goals
• Coordinate project implementation for new tools, systems, and process improvements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts for operations
• Foster team productivity through training, mentorship, and leadership
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including logistics and supply chain oversight
• Provide regular operational reports and updates to senior leadership

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in a senior operations or general management role
• Strong understanding of business processes, logistics, financial planning, and compliance
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Familiarity with KPIs and operational performance metrics
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively
